DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?
Call (306) 343-7000 for table availability and help planning your visit. You can also use our online reservation portal.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RESERVATION AND AN EVENT BOOKING?
A reservation is for a regular dining visit. An event booking involves arrangements such as a private space, a planned menu or dedicated service. Use Events & Catering for private dinners, celebrations, corporate gatherings and offsite catering. An inquiry starts the conversation; it does not reserve your date.
DO YOU ADD AN AUTOMATIC GRATUITY?
There is no automatic gratuity for regular dining service. For pre-arranged events, any service charge or gratuity will be discussed and agreed upon as part of your booking details.
IS PRAIRIE SUN WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Our main floor dining area, patios and washrooms are wheelchair accessible. The upper-level mezzanine is reached by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Tell us about any accessibility needs when planning your visit or event.
CAN WE BRING THE KIDS?
Yes. Prairie Sun is all ages.
CAN OUR PET JOIN US?
Pets are welcome on the patio in season. Please call when you arrive for patio seating. Keep pets leashed, supervised and off the furniture, and clean up after them. Ask our team for pet water bowls; restaurant glassware and dishware are for guests.

HOW DO I PLAN AN EVENT OR CATERING?
Use the Events & Catering inquiry form with your possible dates, guest count, occasion, event style and budget. You can also request a walkthrough or an in-person consultation. Our Events Department is open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Weekend requests are reviewed the following week. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
HOW DO I ASK A GENERAL QUESTION OR MAKE A SPONSORSHIP REQUEST?
