Prairie Sun is a locally owned restaurant and venue on Broadway in Saskatoon. We believe a restaurant can be a gathering place for its community. The choices behind our food, drinks and events should reflect that.

Starting with our fall menu, we are moving away from American spirits and building cocktails around Canadian products.

THE KITCHEN

We are looking more closely at the ingredients and producers behind the menu, and making room for more Canadian suppliers where we can.

THE WORK AHEAD

From October 1 through December 31, we are reviewing suppliers across the business. Our aim is to move toward Canadian sources, or recognized trading partners when a Canadian option is not practical. We will share progress as this work takes shape.
