A SPACE FOR YOUR PEOPLE.
QUEBEC ROOM · RESERVATION ONLY · NO ROOM CHARGE
Available by dining reservation only. This is not an event space.
THE MEZZ · $500 ROOM RENTAL
Includes one bartender and the Basic Bar Package.
Maximum 40 guests seated, or 60 guests in cocktail format with seating for 50% of guests.
Stair access only.
THE CROWS NEST · $200 ROOM RENTAL
Opening December 2026.
Includes use of the space and its insets. The second staff member’s minimum billed time is reduced from four hours to two hours.
The rental fee is adjusted when the Crows Nest is added as part of a larger booking.
THE DINING ROOM · $1,500 ROOM RENTAL
Includes the entire dining room space, washrooms and the Quebec Room as a satellite bar for private service.

THE LOBBY · $1,500 ROOM RENTAL
Includes the entire lobby space and washrooms, one bartender and the Basic Bar Package.
The second staff member’s minimum billed time is reduced from four hours to two hours.
FULL VENUE BUYOUT · $3,000
Includes the entire facility, satellite bars in the Quebec Room and the Mezz, staff for all bars, and the Basic Bar Package.
The next four event staff members each have a two-hour minimum billed time, reduced from four hours.
