Flagship Beers


An old style ale originating from farmhouse breweries of the Northwest Belgium. A soft, red, haze comes from the locally grown and malted Saskatchewan Red Wheat. We brew this complex ale with orange zest, fresh peppercorns, and coriander for a citrus and spicy balance. Be careful, this beer is refreshing and goes down way too easily for 6% ABV.

A classic from Southern Germany with fruity banana notes and clove aroma. Featuring a slightly red hue from the Saskatchewan Red Wheat used. The wheat adds a soft, creamy, texture to refresh you.

Serve with: light seafood dishes, salads, chèvre, mascarpone, mozzarella, or any fresh fruit. Steam mussels in beer.


Prairie Lily is brewed with two German aroma hops: Hallarau and Saaz. The sweet malts create an inviting balance to the earthy floral hops. Extended cold aging of this beer gives it a smooth, crisp and clean profile that lets the traditional ingredients shine.

Toffee 5

Toffee 5 is a unique take on the very traditional “Porter,” which is known as the “Original black beer from England.”  The slightly sweet toffee flavor is a perfect balance to the roasty and bitter chocolate notes.  You will be blown away at the refreshing and lightness this porter has captured and is sure to bring you coming back for more.

Seasonal Beers


Forbidden Fruit is a very unique, Belgian style beer.  We threw 15 different fruits into this simple wit beer for a fruity bang into summer. Forbidden Fruit was brewed specifically for wedding season, June, because it’s a beer the whole wedding party can enjoy. Loads of fruity flavour, balanced with a dry finish and delicious Galaxy hops will leave you craving this brew all summer long.

ABV: 5%, SRM - 3, IBU’s - 17

The Mad Hopper is a stronger, paler, and hoppier take on the, ever popular, “Pale ale.” There are two varieties of exceptional hops (Centennial and Citra) that are the true stars of this beer.  They are coveted for their intense flavour profile that can balance perfectly with the sweet, bready malts.  Mad Hopper finishes with a perfect crisp, dry, finish. 

ABV: 7.5% SRM-9 IBU’s-75

Meewasin 80 is an exclusive brew with a unique local flair, custom brewed to celebrate the fact that the complete trail system in and around Saskatoon will soon total 80 kilometers! The brewer made “Beer History” by putting live spruce and pine, from the Meewasin Trail, directly into the beer.  The subtle hints of pine leave an elegant spicy aftertaste.   We hope you enjoy this earthy, fruity take on this ancient Wit Beer Style.

Moose Tracks is a hazelnut espresso stout A beautiful stout with a knockout aroma! Moose Tracks was brewed with a custom roast of coffee beans from the Saskatoon Broadway Roastery. We added 9 Kilos of this excellent coffee to bring out as much aroma and flavor as possible. Roasty chocolate and hazelnut notes balances out the bitterness and acidity of the coffee flavor. This roasty beer is not just 7.5% but also contains caffeine, so drink responsibly and have a great time!

Local HOPtion is a West Coast IPA, a strong, hoppy ale balanced perfectly with caramel malts. Inspired by the West Coast, yet uses all locally grown hops is a great representation of a classic IPA. Cascade triumphs the Hop bitterness with a nice clean aftertaste, and a fruity, citrusy aroma.

ABV – 7%, SRM – 15, IBU’s – 55
Serve in: pint glass (16-20oz)

Serve with: strong spicy foods – curry, Thai, Mexican; fantastic to pair with cheeses – Gorgonzola, Cambozola, or Stilton; best to pair very rich and bold desserts.


A Saskatoon Berry Saison

SaskBerry is a luscious Saison with fresh, locally grown Saskatoon berries.  The berries were added at the end of the fermentation process to allow for the most Saskatoon berry flavor and aroma.  This softly hazy ale is balanced with a dainty, Belgian yeast and crisp, earthy, German malts.  You won’t find a more refreshing beer on a beautiful summer day.

Batch 88

Batch 88 is a Savoury Oyster Stout brewed in celebration of our 88th batch of delicious beer ever brewed.

Fionn's Red Ale

Fionn's Red Ale is the perfect example of an Irish Ale, this beer has a toasted maltsweetness balanced delicately with an earthy/citrus hoppiness.  We moderately carbonate this beer to a smooth medium bodied mouth feel that showcases the bold flavor imparted by the crystal malts.  A sweet toffee like flavor instantly saturates your mouth quickly giving way to a bright, hoppy, refreshing sensation.  A Subtle tea like flavor comes from the Irish Ale Yeast strain we pitch into the beer for a 15-day fermentation.  This balanced beer is only made better when paired with a delicious roasted lamb shank.

Cactus Tap is hands down the perfect hot weather beer, Cerveza is a Mexican Lager, light and crisp.  Cactus tap is brewed with agave syrup, the same fermentable used for making tequila, giving an earthy flavour to the brew.  This beer is extensively cold aged with a portion of the beer aged in a tequila barrel and then blended back.  The barrel aging adds complexity and spirit flavour making this light beer both refreshing and intriguing. We added lime to this brew to give it a delicious citrus taste.
